A talk on the part of a data platform nobody budgets for: the context that tells people, and now agents, what the data actually means. It was for anyone who has written “bronze, silver, gold” in a design document and watched three teams read it three ways. Fresh from FabCon Europe in Barcelona, it used Microsoft Fabric as the worked example: what is new in Fabric IQ, ontologies and agents, and what a first step looks like for a company without a data team of twenty.
